PHYSICS WEEKLY
Privacy
Plain-language information about your notebook and account.
What is stored
Your email, optional display name, timezone and preferences support your account. Your assignments, attempts, notes, reflections, hint use, bookmarks and review history support your learning. Reports contain only what you explicitly submit and optional problem context.
Where it is stored
In cloud mode, Supabase provides authentication and database storage; the deployment host serves the app. Recent account data and pending changes also live in this browser’s local database. Local notebook mode stores your notebook on your computer. Keep shared devices secure and sign out when finished.
Cookies and email
Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Supabase sends transactional account emails through the configured mail provider. Optional bot verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled. We do not add advertising cookies or product analytics in this release.
Operational logs
Operational events use short codes rather than notes, reflections, passwords or email-link tokens. Hosting and email providers may process technical connection and delivery data. Auth URL query strings must be excluded from any additional logging configured by an operator.
Your choices
Export JSON, CSV or Markdown from your notebook. Account settings let you reset study history or delete your account without contacting an administrator. Local cached copies on another offline device may remain until that device reconnects or its site data is cleared. Backup retention depends on the hosting plan and operator configuration.
External resources and contact
Source websites have their own terms, privacy policies and account systems. We do not link or import your Isaac password or session. Use Report a problem for privacy questions. This launch-candidate policy does not claim a compliance certification.
